日本国际食品工业展览会（FOOMA JAPAN - International Food Machinery & Technology Exhibition）是日本最大的食品行业展览会，该展由日本食品机械制造商协会组织，从1948年开始，一年一届，在东京国际展览中心举行举行。该展展示了食品加工及相关业务的产品，技术和服务。 参展商代表食品相关设备价值链中的每一个可能的链接。 每年的出席人数都很多，每次展览的展品范围都会扩大。商业对商业交流的绝佳机会是FOOMA JAPAN的标志。

The Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers’ Association contributes to a safe, sanitary, and stable food supply and supports the population’s healthy and varied diet. Over 4 days, we will hold the 47th FOOMA JAPAN at Tokyo Big Site from Tuesday, June 4 to Friday, June 7, 2024.

The theme of FOOMA JAPAN 2023 is “Accelerate FOOMA”.

Currently, a great wave of change is sweeping the food industry. It faces many challenges such as guaranteeing food safety and security, addressing environmental issues such as reducing plastic waste, responding to a deepening labor shortage and meeting consumers’ diverse needs. The event’s “Accelerate” theme expresses the organizers’ determination to meet the food industry’s diversifying needs by speeding up provision of solutions to help attendees’ businesses quickly achieve success.

This year’s exhibition will continue to adhere to food safety and security while showcasing leading technology enhancements, automations, etc. in cutting-edge products and systems, such as image processing/sensors, robotics, AI, and IoT technology, which are used to respond to food production sites’ needs. We will also highlight and promote sustainable actions in line with SDGs, such as reusing essential materials, recycling waste, and saving energy.

The mission of FOOMA JAPAN 2023 is to speed up the finding of solutions to issues faced by the food industry today.

We’ve lined up over 900 exhibiting companies, the largest number ever, in one zone of 21 manufacturing process categories, to offer leading solutions aimed at solving those issues.

Now in its second year, the Startup Zone has been scaled up to 30 companies. This is where you can discover leading-edge ideas. Also, the Second FOOMA Awards 2023 will once again bring together the best technologies, with the Grand Prix and top prize winners to be announced on the first day of the exhibition. We think that seeing award-winning companies’ products on display could help jump-start new business concepts.
