      展会报告(Show Reports):

      Madridjoya highlighted its commitment to quality, design, and international markets at its recently concluded event, which took place from 12 to 15 September in Halls 6 and 1 at IFEMA MADRID. Organised by IFEMA MADRID, the show welcomed over 6,000 trade visitors from 47 countries, demonstrating its growing influence in the international market. Notable buyer attendance came from countries such as France, Colombia, Portugal, Italy, Mexico, and Venezuela, among others. In this edition, which had an excellent business atmosphere, Madridjoya established its role as an important trade and trend forum for the Iberian Peninsula, where 230 companies and brands presented their proposals for Autumn/Winter 2024-2025, with a strong focus on Christmas.

      Among the highlights of this edition, it's worth noting the presence of companies that had previously withdrawn, such as Argyor, and newcomer brands like Bea Soldado and ELE KA, among others. The watchmaking sector also played a significant role, featuring the participation of brands such as Ayserco, Time Force Europe, and Movado Group Spain, which brought brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Boss, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Movado Watches, Olivia Burton, and Hugo Watches to the event.

      Among the participating brands in this edition, several stood out in various categories. In high-end jewellery, notable names included Bustinzas Joyas, Scala Gioilli e Figli, Sharma Group - Casa dello Smeraldo, Simon Franco, and Sotoca. In Córdoba jewellery, brands such as Azzoplata, Nosoloenplata, Obrero Joyeros, and Hijos de Rafael Rodríguez Galiot were highlighted. For silver and gold collections, Argyor MRM, Salvatore Plata, Duran Exquse de Pedro Duran, Luxenter, Lecarré, and Global Argenti stood out, with the latter showcasing Italian brands like Pierre Cardin, Sovarani, and Disney Italia, as well as the Spanish brand Avanty. In industrial machinery, companies such as Chamorro, Moreno, and De la Rosa were prominent. Finally, in packaging and fittings, Compack, Estuches Carmon, and Novobox were featured.

      Furthermore, this edition of Madridjoya made strides with its objective of contributing to the interests of new generations in artisan jewellery by featuring numerous schools at the fair. Additionally, the event provided the industry with the Image Forum, a debate space located in Hall 6. This forum hosted a programme of activities that covered the latest developments in marketing, sustainability, digitalisation, and design. It also promoted social initiatives through various presentations, such as the SOY UNA JOYITA project, which offers vocational training in jewellery for individuals with disabilities; and the MYALO project, which aims to highlight the importance of mental health through art.

      Madridjoya once again showcased proposals from emerging companies and small workshops in the now-traditional Minis stand area, which offers a special support option for participation. The brand Ofensa, a specialist in dental jewellery, was the winner of the #MadridjoyaDesigners competition organised by Madridjoya. The prize included a free stand in the Minis Space, allowing them to present their collections alongside the industry's top professionals interested in the latest trends.

      The next edition of Madridjoya, organised by IFEMA MADRID, will take place from 6 to 9 February 2025.
